DMDM Hydantoin – Formaldehyde and formaldehyde-releasing preservatives are used in many personal care products. These chemicals prevent microbes from growing in water-based products and are tied to cancer and allergic skin reactions.
Polyethylene Glycol or PEG’s – Most commonly found in spray-on oven cleaners and many hair and skin products. PEG’s main functions are to dissolve oil and grease removing protective natural oils from skin and leaving you vulnerable to other toxins.
