PROOF OF BUSINESS
We require proof of business and professional status and completion of our Company Information Form located in our website www.phyts-usa.com under the Contact section. You will provide us with any changes to your business status and updates and renewal of any and all professional business license.
SPA AND SALON ACCOUNTS
DAKA INTERNATIONAL – PHYTS-USA sells professional products only to licensed beauty professionals and established spas and salons. Professional products are intended to be used for professional use only. Professional products may not be sold to the public. You hereby represent and warrant that (a) you are a licensed beauty professional or the authorized representative of a licensed salon or spa, and (b) you will not sell professional products purchased from us to the general public. We reserve the right to select and limit the clients to whom we sell to.
Select retail products may be permitted to be sold at approved retail locations that fulfill and maintain the image requirements of DAKA INTERNATIONAL – PHYTS-USA. We reserve the right to select and limit the clients to whom we sell to.
MINIMUM OPENING ORDER REQUIREMENT – $750.00
We will guide you towards choosing the best selection of professional and retail product mix for your particular business needs.
MINIMUM RE-ORDER REQUIREMENT – $100.00
We require any re-orders to be a minimum of $100.00 in products.
MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES
- Professional products to be purchased in unit quantities as listed on order form.
- Retail products to be ordered in quantities of 3 packs per item code.
FINAL APPROVED ORDER
Once your order is completed and placed, it is considered final. Any add-ons or deletions or changes will be considered to be a new order.
OUT OF STOCKS
Although rare, out of stocks may occasionally occur. We will contact you when products are back in stock. We do not guarantee that all products will be available at all times.
All orders are to be paid with Credit or Debit Card prior to shipping.
All wholesale orders will be shipped F.O.B. Plano, Texas – FedEx Ground or UPS Ground.
DAMAGES OR SHIPMENT DISREPANCIES
DAKA INTERNATIONAL – PHYTS-USA is not responsible for damaged shipments or loss of product once in possession of the shipping carrier. We ask that you inspect your shipment for possible damages incurred during transit upon receipt. Please notify DAKA INTERNATIONAL – PHYT’S USA for any abnormalities within a 24 hour period; otherwise we do not accept any returns or adjustments, except as described in the “Returns” section below.
Returns must be made within 7 business days of receipt of order and will not be accepted without prior approval by DAKA INTERNATIONAL – PHYT’S USA. An authorization number must be obtained from DAKA before any returns will be accepted. Returned products must be sealed, unused, unlabeled and in their original saleable condition and be packed with the authorization number and form. There is a 25% restocking fee and the return shipping is at the customer’s cost.
PHYTS products are guaranteed against all manufacturing defects up to the sell by date stamped on the product. By manufacturing defect we mean a quality or quantity error in manufacturing; product instability; a foreign object within the product or defective containers. This guarantee is limited to only same product for product exchange of the defective product. Excluded in all events from this guarantee are defects resulting from poor storage, incorrect manipulation or incorrect use once in your possession.
NORMAL CONDITIONS of STORAGE and USE
Natural and Organic products can be sensitive to excessive heat and cold. They should be stored and maintained at room temperature (68-77 degrees Fahrenheit).

SUGGESTED RETAIL PRODUCT PRICE
We offer a SRP for PHYT’S retail products as a guideline for our clients. In order to maintain PHYT’S good reputation established throughout the world for creating natural and certified organic products we ask that you please consider the SRP when selling PHYT’S products. We ask that you do not discount products.
Customers must obtain our prior written approval before offering any PHYT’S products for sale on the internet and must follow our Internet Sale Policy.
SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY
Customers are encouraged to use Social Media channels but must appropriately credit the Official Brand Pages for PHYT’S USA as the source in their postings. This includes sharing content directly from our Facebook Page, Retweeting from our Twitter Account and utilizing the following hashtag #PHYTSUSA
