Ability to respond professionally to all customer needs

Organization, planning and communication skills

Previous Customer Service and Cosmetic experience a plus

Computer skills mandatory

Responsibilities

Respond in a professional manner to client inquiries, concerns, requests or complaints  via phone, email and web

Nurture existing customer relationships

Take and build sales orders via phone, email and web.
